This license applies to Image Compressor Power Pack software and its accompanying files, data and materials ("IMC PowerPack"). You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using, installing, copying, or distributing this software. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by MasRizal & Partners, your use, installation, copying, or distribution of Image Compressor indicates your acceptance of this agreement ("License").
If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this License, then do not use, install, copy, or distribute any copy of IMC PowerPack with which this License is included.
Scope Of License
Image Compressor PowerPack is a free add-on for Image Compressor user. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed by MasRizal & Partners to use one copy of IMC Power Pack for any purposes without charge for an unlimited period of time.

Subject to all of the terms of this License, you may:
a. Give exact copies of this version of Image Compressor PowerPack to anyone.
b. Distribute exact copies of this version of Image Compressor PowerPack.
c. Make as many exact copies of this evaluation version of Image Compressor PowerPack as you wish, for purposes of distribution as described in (a) and (b) above.
All rights of any kind in IMC PowerPack which are not expressly granted in this License are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by MasRizal & Partners. You may not rent, lease, loan, sublicense, modify, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on IMC PowerPack, nor permit anyone else to do so.
MasRizal & Partners reserves the right to revoke the above distribution rights at any time, for any reason.
Warranty Disclaimers and Liability Limitations
The use of IMC PowerPack be entirely at your own risk. If you do not agree with the statement below, please delete all parts of this software.
In case of any system failures resulting from the use of this software including but not limited to, file and/or data loss, Masrizal & Partners cannot and will not be held responsible.
By installing this add-on, you agree not to hold Masrizal & Partners responsible for any damage resulting from its use.
If you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement, without prejudice to any other rights, Masrizal & Partners may terminate the agreement and you must destroy all copies of the software product.
In no event shall Masrizal & Partners or its suppliers be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, incidental damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the software or the failure to provide support services, even if Masrizal & Partners has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Masrizal & Partners and its suppliers disclaim all other warranties or conditions of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, title and non-infringement, with regard to the software product, and the provision of or failure to provide support services.
